TheArticleRoom provides professional content writing services through a credit-based system. Clients purchase credits in advance, which are then exchanged for articles based on the word count requested.

Each project is tailored to client's goals, audience, and brand style to ensure high-quality, on-brand content delivery.

2. Credits and billing

Our service operates on a credit-based system designed to keep content requests simple and predictable:

Credits are purchased in advance and deducted based on the word count of each requested article
All credit sales are final and non-refundable unless required by law
If you change your plan or purchase additional credits, your billing will adjust accordingly at checkout

3. Turnaround times

Standard delivery times vary by plan and are based on individual article requests (for example, 5-2 business days per article depending on your plan). Large-volume requests (5,000+ words) may require additional time beyond standard turnaround expectations.

Estimated delivery times will be communicated for larger projects.

4. Revisions

We offer unlimited revisions to ensure your content meets your expectations. Revisions are completed through collaborative Google Docs. Feedback must remain within reasonable scope (for example, refining content or adjusting tone) and not require a complete rewrite of a different topic.

5. Content Ownership

Upon full payment and delivery, you own all rights to the content produced by TheArticleRoom. We reserve the right to use anonymized, non-identifiable samples for portfolio or marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our content for unlawful purposes or submit requests containing illegal, hateful, or harmful material.

7. Limitation of liability

TheArticleRoom is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. We are not responsible for how delivered content is used once transferred to you.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
